I am starting P90x September 8th. I really don't want to say this on the Internet, but it's the only way I will hold myself accountable. My current weight is 216lbs. I am 5'9", so overall, a pretty large sized girl. People say I carry my weight well, but I think they're full of shit. My overall goal is to get down to 165lbs. I will tell you currently I am a size 14, have a large sized frame. In high school I was a 3 sport athlete with absolutely no body fat on me (okay, maybe like 6%) and even then I was still a size 7/8.
My plan is to blog my caloric intake each day, and each week post side by side pictures comparing my progress to my start weight. Ideally, I want to post any recipes that I use for my weight loss.
My husband is doing this with me, as well as my little brother. Hopefully they'll let me post their pictures too!
